Key Responsibilities:

Manage various HR functions, focusing on employee relations, performance improvement, HR administration, and employee welfare.
Implement policies to foster a high-performance culture.
Provide guidance on employee matters while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Coach managers and employees to promote positive working relationships.
Support departments through change management initiatives.
Contribute to HR programs like workforce and succession planning, learning and development, and performance management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s Degree is a plus).
5+ years of hands-on HR generalist experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
Experience in a global software organization is a plus.
Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and terminations.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong business acumen with a proven ability to deliver results.
Exceptional organizational, consulting, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated "can-do" attitude.
