Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various HR functions, focusing on employee relations, performance improvement, HR administration, and employee welfare.

- Provide guidance on employee matters while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coach managers and employees to promote positive working relationships.
- Support departments through change management initiatives.
- Contribute to HR programs like workforce and succession planning, learning and development, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s Degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of hands-on HR generalist experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Experience in a global software organization is a plus.
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and terminations.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to deliver results.
- Exceptional organizational, consulting, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated "can-do" attitude.
