Project Manager - Workday HR implementation
We are looking for a Senior PM who has implemented the Workday solution and integrations associated with this product. It is a great, long term engagement.
Job Summary:
- · Experience in project management, successfully delivering Workday solutions.
- · The Workday Project Manager performs project management support and analysis under occasional guidance on Workday related projects.
- · Provide project management for Workday implementation, including project planning and scheduling.
- · Works with Team to understand and analyze operational procedures, requirements, processes and/or other needs to bring about successful completion of the projects, specifically on Workday ERP initiatives.
- · Provide HRIS systems support and integrate planned system enhancements in Workday.
- · Provides professional and/or technical leadership in the execution of day to day project activities.
- · Ability to create project schedules and timelines for various Workday initiatives.
- · Oversee the execution of Workday implementation projects, ensuring adherence to the established project plan. Monitor progress, identify potential risks or issues with a balanced usage of quality audits, and take corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- · Stay abreast of Workday enhancements, updates, and industry best practices.
- · Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and enhanced user experience within the Workday ecosystem.
- · PMP certification is described.
Note: Experience in Retail/Restaurants Industry will be plus.
