Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team with an emphasis on talent discovery and engagement. This is currently a remote role, but we prefer candidates to be located in the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area. Our Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential candidates to join our team to support our government clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily status report to NeoMax leadership on and candidate pipeline/hiring workflow/metrics
- Assisting with keeping ATS candidate information up to date, by uploading resumes and keeping detailed progress notes on candidate profiles
- Source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to: ClearanceJobs and LinkedIn
- Screen, pre-qualify and negotiate salary with candidates
- Send candidates offer letters
- Match candidates to positions based on required qualifications and skills listed in the job description
- Update/reformat/tailor candidate resumes to fit the job(s) they are being submitted for
- Help candidates with staffing matrices for jobs they are being submitted for
- Submit candidate summaries and resume to customer and NeoMax leadership
- Ensure candidate submissions are of high quality and meet customer and NeoMax submission requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and NeoMax leadership/NeoMax customers
- Obtain and provide feedback to candidates who have been rejected by the customer
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and professional network
- Address any candidate issues or concerns that arise during the recruitment process, working with NeoMax leadership as needed
- Maintain core hours of 1-7pm Monday - Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturdays
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking and performing thorough interviews
- Utilize job postings, referrals, social media, and networking to identify and attract exceptional candidates
- Conduct market research to produce innovative ideas and strategic recruitment initiatives
- Identify and connect with top talent and drive impactful recruiting outcomes
- Refine processes and implement new strategies to support the company's long-term growth
- Develop talent pipelines to anticipate future hiring needs and industry trends
- Research and target new talent sourcing channels while championing the importance of inclusion and diversity in our hiring practices
- Utilize data and metrics to continuously refine our sourcing strategy and maintain accountability for accurate data entry in all required systems (CRM, ATS etc.)
- Proficiency in adopting a consultative approach with clients, effectively persuading others, and cultivating robust relationships with both internal and external partners
- Ability to do prospective outreach via phone in the late afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Prior experience in candidate identification and engagement
- Knowledge of technical recruiting areas
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- U.S. Citizen: You must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ATS, CRM, or other candidate management systems
- Experience with referral generation, sourcing campaigns, and talent branding efforts
- Experience recruiting candidates with clearances
