Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our company’s goals and values.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Coordinate management of employee relations matters, including manager training, conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, succession planning, job description compliance review, and alignment with our DEI initiatives.
- Continue to improve onboarding processes for new hires.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Review and administer compensation programs, ensuring competitive pay structures.
- Manage benefits administration relationships, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Managed Payroll and HR Providers:
- Work closely with managed payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and state/federal compliance.
- Collaborate with external HR providers to enhance our HR services and compliance.
UK Payroll Coordination and EU EOR:
- Manage relationship with our UK payroll provider to verify accuracy and compliance of payroll and benefits processes for UK-based employees.
- Collaborate with the EU Employer of Record (EOR) to address employment-related matters for our European team members.
- Compliance in UK Office:
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain policies specific to the UK office.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing remote teams and working with fully remote companies.
- Familiarity with managed payroll services and HR outsourcing.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, virtual work environment.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $95,000 - $105,000 USD per year.
- Bonus structure: Performance-based bonuses tied to company and individual goals.
