Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our company’s goals and values.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Provide guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and development.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
Coordinate management of employee relations matters, including manager training, conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, succession planning, job description compliance review, and alignment with our DEI initiatives.
Continue to improve onboarding processes for new hires.
Compensation and Benefits:
Review and administer compensation programs, ensuring competitive pay structures.
Manage benefits administration relationships, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

Managed Payroll and HR Providers:

Work closely with managed payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and state/federal compliance.

Collaborate with external HR providers to enhance our HR services and compliance.

UK Payroll Coordination and EU EOR:

Manage relationship with our UK payroll provider to verify accuracy and compliance of payroll and benefits processes for UK-based employees.
Collaborate with the EU Employer of Record (EOR) to address employment-related matters for our European team members.
Compliance in UK Office:
Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain policies specific to the UK office.

Qualifications:

Experience:

8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Proven track record of managing remote teams and working with fully remote companies.
Familiarity with managed payroll services and HR outsourcing.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, virtual work environment.

Compensation:

Base salary: $95,000 - $105,000 USD per year.

Bonus structure: Performance-based bonuses tied to company and individual goals.
