Qualifications
- 1+ year of recent work history in a training coordinator role
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills (internal and external)
- Ability to utilize proper telephone etiquette and scheduling skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
- Working knowledge in Articulate360 and SharePoint preferred, but not required.
- Team player that is also able to work independently and exercise discretion and independent judgement.
Job Duties
- Opportunity to develop, and/or re-design content for e-learning, web-based and/or instructor-led classes. This may or may not include leveraging existing training materials
- Create instructional supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, assessments, etc.)
- Measure the success of learning programs through feedback and applied learning
- Utilize learning and development authoring software to design eLearning solutions (e.g. Camtasia, Kahoot!, Articulate360, etc.)
- Maintain and update all material as needed
- Utilize project management skills to ensure all components of the design process are complete and deadline are met
- Support and consult on the design efforts of local operations learning and development initiatives
- Prepare presentation materials, teleconference lines, catering service for training sessions, and order supplies
- Coordinate company training projects and manage project timelines and deadlines
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Educational Background/Knowledge/Prior Experience
- A strong desire to help others
- BA/BS related field is a plus
Weekend and/or evening hours may be required based on training needs and schedules. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
