As an HRIS Analyst, you will act as both a functional and technical HR technology subject matter specialist on the HR technology team. You will help our HRIS team administer and configure DRW's current global HR system, Workday, and collaborate with other HR team members on various HR initiatives relating to our HR systems, such as recruiting & onboarding, global payroll, employee benefits and performance management.

Core Duties:

Assist with DRW's human resource information (HRIS), Workday, with strong focus in administration of core human capital management system including HRIS support and issue resolution within Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Performance and Talent Modules including troubleshooting issues & questions, processing changes, overall system & business process configuration, security maintenance, integration monitoring, EIB creation and loading, and functional testing
Provide functional support for end-users helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Design scalable and efficient processes that supports our rapid growth while continuing to deliver an incredible employee experience
Develop Workday user guides and system documentation, and assist with Workday training as needed
Support HR Operations projects and initiatives as needed
Data maintenance of HRIS data through internal audits and analysis to ensure consistency and data integrity
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to define business needs while managing stakeholder expectations, develop best practices, solve problems and implement improvements to business processes
Support HR Technology team with Workday's semi-annual system upgrades with document summarization, system design, configuration, and user acceptance testing

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree
2 - 3 years of HRIS functional experience in one or more of these areas: HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security, Reporting
Workday experience preferred
Previous HRIS or Recruiting System configuration and/or implementation experience with the ability to transfer business needs into technical requirements is preferred
Outstanding work ethic and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to work well within a team
Ability to troubleshoot issues presented by end users and brainstorm potential solutions
General understanding of HRMS architecture, HR business processes and operational analysis in the areas of payroll, benefits, compensation, recruiting, and performance management and a desire to learn and expand knowledge in these areas
Must have strong organization, prioritization and project management skills
Must have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve and make sound decisions
Must have a high attention to detail, be responsive, and able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must have ability to adapt to changing business priorities and environment
Must be mature and discreet and have experience dealing with highly confidential information
Strong Excel Skills required
A willingness to collaborate and assist whenever, wherever needed
