We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative/HR Specialist with a strong background in healthcare to join our team. This position will involve a combination of administrative and HR responsibilities to support our healthcare organization

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

- Provide HR support by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards in all administrative and HR practices.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR and administrative functions. - Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with organizational goals and industry regulations.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in the human service, healthcare field is preferred but not a disqualifier

. - Minimum of 2 years of administrative and/or HR experience in the healthcare or related industry is preferred but not a disqualifier

- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and practices

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office applications and HRIS systems.
