**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process of new agents, ensuring a seamless transition into the brokerage.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement onboarding strategies and programs to welcome new agents

- Coordinate with various team members to facilitate a smooth onboarding process

- Conduct orientation sessions for new agents to familiarize them with company policies and procedures

- Help manage agent relations during the onboarding period to address any concerns or issues

- Collaborate with our agent support team

- Assist in billing agents for expenses, such as annual E&O Insurance

**Experience:**

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with new employees

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
