Position Overview:

As an Equity-Only Recruiter, you will be a key player in building our startup from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and ready to take on the challenge of growing a business. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top talent for various roles within our company, as well as for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent in AI, tech, and related fields.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Client Interaction: Work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver customized recruiting solutions.
Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals, leveraging social media, job boards, and other platforms.
Data-Driven Approach: Utilize AI tools and data analytics to optimize recruiting processes and improve decision-making.
Brand Advocacy: Represent and promote our startup’s values and culture in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in tech or AI sectors. Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and AI-driven recruiting solutions.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and clients.
