Think Consulting is actively seeking a
VP of Talent to join a self-clearing broker/dealer in
NYC.
In this role, you will lead the recruitment team in developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in the financial services industry. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business objectives, manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and understand job requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and making recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Negotiate job offers and onboard new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Manage and mentor junior recruiter(s).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across different levels and functions.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Benefits
- Bonus eligible.
- Salary target between $120,000 - $155,000.
