Reports to: Chief Personnel Officer
Compensation: Hourly starting range $19 - $25, Commensurate to Skills and Experience
Hours: Full-time preferred, but part-time is available depending on the right candidate’s availability: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Position Description
Maas Energy Works is seeking a Culture & Talent Assistant to support the Culture & Talent Specialist (HR Specialist) with recruiting tasks and other HR operations. This position will involve reviewing resumes, sending qualified candidates to the hiring managers, scheduling interviews, greeting applicants, contacting references, and maintaining HR-related documentation in our HRIS system, Dayforce. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possesses strong interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Review applicant resumes for the various open positions within the company.
- Forward qualified resumes to corresponding hiring managers.
- Schedule and greet applicants for interviews.
- Contact applicant references and provide responses to corresponding teams.
- Provide additional administrative support to the Department of Culture & Talent as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with recruitment is a plus.
- Experience with HR administration is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Adobe, MS Office, Excel preferred.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and systems.
- Familiarity with Dayforce or similar HRIS software is a plus.
