Rate: $45-50/hour, will convert into a permanent position

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Senior Recruiter, your role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fulfill our organization’s staffing requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a strong grasp of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Source Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen Resumes and Conduct Interviews: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Reference Checks and Background Screenings: Conduct necessary reference checks and background screenings.
- Job Offers and Negotiations: Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Maintain Candidate Information: Keep candidate and job information accurate and up-to-date in the applicant tracking system.
Required skills and qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
