Our client is a premium Recruitment player with over 30 years of strong Financial Services recruitment coverage. The organization focuses on recruiting mid and upper management as subject matters across Back Office, Middle Office, Technology and adjacent functions for Banks, Hedge Funds, Investment Firms, Private Equity and other institutions.
The Position:
The firm is looking to hire a Director who will lead the contract recruitment operation, a talented team of 10+ temp recruiters. This will include leading operations and recruiting, as well as as hiring and training the additional team members.
The Director will be responsible for setting the business plan and working in conjunction with the sales and operations teams to meet delivery standards and quality control. This is a leadership role which will involve client facing and strategic initiatives, but not individual production
The Senior Director will design the 1 / 3 / 5 years’ business plan for the operation including team diversification in order to support the firm’s growth.

The organization is looking for a dynamic and energetic leader who thrives in a strategic leadership position. Based in NY, the Director will be in a position which is a mix of strategic, operational, and consultative roles.
This person will be key to attracting and recruiting the top recruiting talent in the market, including the coaching and development of the recruiters, to scale the business organically and in the right way.
The ideal candidate will possess competencies in strategy development, project management, people management, experience in building long-term relationships with candidates and recruitment teams.
Experience
10+ years’ direct experience within staffing organizations, ideally with Financial Services recruitment experience, in temporary staffing conditions.
Outstanding leadership and track record of success in a competitive environment leading multi-million-dollar teams across several recruitment teams spread out through different expertise.
