Title – Human Resources Director
Hours: 8 - 5 - Hybrid
Salary: Up to $160K

Requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience as Director of Human Resources with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in wellness/fitness services and/or healthcare as an HR leader
- Multistate HR experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong computer skills (MS Office); proficiency in spreadsheets, document development, and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations to large groups.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement, and communicate HR initiatives that align with the company’s mission and strategic vision
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and payroll functions, including talent acquisition, career development, payroll, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits
- Develop and execute recruiting, retention, and succession plans to support company growth and strategic goals
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies
- Develop, implement, and revise HR policies and update the employee handbook
- Manage employee relations issues and collaborate with various functional leads, insurance providers, and legal advisors
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and the search process for open positions
- Lead performance management, compensation, and talent management processes
- Partner with Operations on safety initiatives and benefit program coordination
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and new openings
