Responsibilities
- Manage and own the full lifecycle of the talent search and hiring process
- Act as a business partner and advisor to the program teams, requiring a thorough understanding of the programs’ work, and strategic goals related to attraction, sourcing, and hiring talent
- Consistently focuses on accelerating the pace of hiring on key programs and requisitions
- Create job descriptions for open positions at NXT
- Connect with candidates that meet the job and the NXT culture requirements
- Leverages sourcing tools, events, marketing, academic partnerships, and social opportunities to drive candidate engagement, sourcing, and talent pipeline
- Communicate respectfully and promptly with all potential hires
- Collaborate with the technical/delivery teams to refine candidates’ pipeline that fit the team culture as well as the technical/content expertise needed
- Create a stellar onboarding experience for new employees and partners
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners as well as candidates
- Service and quality over quantity
Qualifications
- 6-8 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruitment within government contracting space
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at engaging and serving as a consultant to all levels of management and leadership
- Preferred experience recruiting seasoned consultants from the Management Consulting industry
