Senior Recruiter who will report directly to our CTO to lead the recruitment of the next 10-20 software talents and be part of Cepton's expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruiting of both senior and junior software engineers. In particular, perception software engineers for self-driving and ADAS, and embedded software engineers for lidar internals. Depending on how successful we are, we will also work on SW PM roles and SW QA/Validation roles.
- Work with CTO to experiment for the best hiring strategy to navigate the current uncommon hiring landscape (many lay-offs yet still hard to find good talent)
- Attract talents through a combination of job posting on various channels and out-reach.
- Conduct and help define process for efficient phone screenings
- Remote/Hybrid work optional
- Temporary/Contractor position
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full recruiting experience for software and related roles.
- Comfortable pitching, conducting thorough interviews and leading offer negotiations for senior level positions.
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
- Work experience with startups is a plus.

The pay for this role is up to $85/hour. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
