```Duties```
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications for specific healthcare roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or a related field
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Kronos, Workday, or Taleo
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates for healthcare roles
- Experience in contract staffing is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Knowledge of training development, employee relations, Salesforce, HRIS, and employee orientation is preferred
