Overview:
As a corporate recruiter, your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to support and meet hiring goals. You will act as an effective business partner. This includes leading the intake call, understanding the business goals, hiring needs, and all position requirements. You will evaluate each candidate’s experience and skill set to ensure they meet the qualifications for each position.
Additionally, you will coordinate Hiring Manager debrief sessions and manage the selection and offer process. Utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), you will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including EEO and AAP compliance, and providing timely feedback to all candidates to support a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers providing support to meet hiring goals. Be an effective business partner who quickly understands the business goals, hiring needs, and position requirements
- Evaluate each candidate’s experience and skill set for abilities and qualifications for each position
- Consistently present to ENERCON Hiring Managers those applicants qualified and interested in the position, checking formal and informal references
- Coordinate Hiring Manager debrief sessions and the selection/offer process
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) to manage searches and the recruiting process
- Establish and maintain candidate database of pre-qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated business needs
- Ensure compliance in the Recruiting/Hiring process with laws and regulations, including EEO and AAP compliance
- Coordinate and provide timely feedback to all candidates that supports a positive candidate experience
Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruiting in the engineering, software, or IT industry
- Experience carrying a requisition load of 20+ requisitions
- Proven experience as a business partner to leaders (including forecasting, offer negotiation and interview training)
- Understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience recruiting with a federal contractor under OFCCP guidelines preferred
