*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting human resources management services to our family of companies. This role will serve as the first point of contact for HR questions and ensure responses are communicated timely and professionally.
*Responsibilities*
Communicates and interprets HR policies and procedures
Generating official documents such as personnel change form and warning letters.
Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
Maintaining digital files for employees
Maintain anniversary calendar and communicate monthly with managers.
Complete I9 & Everify compliance.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Assist in the creation of Job Descriptions, Salary Surveys, HR Needs Assessments, and Employee Handbooks
Assist with Benefits open enrollment when needed.
Assist Talent Acquisition & Training & Development departments when needed.
Present Internal and external presentations and training courses when required.
Utilize HR systems such as Isolved and Zoho for various HR tasks
Resolve conflicts and provide guidance on employee relations matters
*Requirements*
Minimum of 5 years hands on HR experience either in consulting or corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
Must be well-versed in current employment laws and regulations (federal and state).
Must have a high sense of urgency with internal and external clients.
Strong interviewing skills and experience in recruitment processes
