Position Overview
As the Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading and managing our recruitment team, developing and executing effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent. Your role will involve collaborating with senior management to understand hiring needs, refining our recruitment processes, and enhancing the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Oversee and enhance sourcing strategies, including leveraging job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Interview Process: Design and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Brand Advocacy: Promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice through employer branding and engaging with potential candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a recruitment team and delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
