A Manhattan based tech firm is seeking a Workday Consultant to assist them with a large project that will last 6 to 9 months. Will be coaching and managing a few Workday analysts on best practices.
Pay $80-100/hr
Hybrid schedule, 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
Hours - 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Own Workday configurations and analytics for large cloud-based platform
- Serve as lead business analyst for all Workday enhancements
- Create advanced reports and present them to leadership on system process
- Expert in configuring Workday for Time Tracking, HCM and payroll
- Partner with HR team to design and configure multiple modules
- Participate in the implementation of global HR initiatives and improvement of process
- Deliver Workday training to other employees
Skills:
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of configuration experience with Workday, with 10 + years of overall HRIS analytics experience
- Proficiency with Workday and analyzing and implementing best practices around the system, with expertise in Time Tracking and multiple module configuration ability
- Managerial and coaching experience with a few direct reports
- Integration/build/design experience with Workday a plus, but not required
- Ability to build strong working relationships and problem solve effectively with the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced reporting abilities
- Independent self-starter with adaptability in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment
