Senior Director - Global HR Systems and Analytics
- $240 - $280k base salary + variable

We are partnering with a highly reputable multinational leader in digital advertising to support them in their search for a Senior Director of People Technology and Analytics to join their HR leadership team.
They are an extremely ambitious and innovative brand that relies on staying ahead of the curve. As such they are constantly trying to challenge the status quo, find new ways of working, and improve their processes. They are looking for a highly accomplished leader and innovator within the HR systems space, with a demonstrable track record of leading innovations of HR systems including Workday, and ServiceNow, and integrating emerging technologies such as AI/ML.
This is not a Workday implementation role, we are looking for an innovator who has demonstrated the ability to understand business needs and confidently come up with a roadmap for the future.
The role?
- Create a comprehensive plan for enhancing HR technology and analytics functions and devise a strategy in collaboration with IT Operations teams to ensure an exceptional experience for candidates, employees, and managers through cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Grasp the company's global strategic business objectives and collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders to understand their requirements for people data.
- Formulate a vision, roadmap, and strategy for the People Analytics team to align with those objectives.
- Leading, mentoring, and cultivating a team of six experts in Workday, ServiceNow, and broader people technologies, emphasizing an agile development approach and proficient system administration encompassing configuration, security, and robust controls.
- Supervise every aspect of the design, testing, training, and change management efforts for all People Technology projects, driving digital transformation initiatives across the entire employee journey.
- Provide data-driven insights to executive leadership and business stakeholders leveraging tools like PowerBI, Tableau, ServiceNow and Workday Reporting tools.
- Refine and manage the reporting and analytics intake process, establishing efficient service level agreements (SLAs) for data requests to optimize their impact on the business.
Candidate profile/experience
- 10-15+ years' experience in progressive HR Tech & Analytics gained in world-leading, highly reputable, fast-growth organizations with a global impact.
- A true leader who can identify roadmaps for people technology and analytics with conviction and demonstrate this to C-suite, while forging close partnerships with the HR and IT COEs.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Tableau, PowerBI, and broader HR technologies.
- A demonstrable track record of coming into businesses and transforming their HR system usage, remaining at the forefront of innovation within the space to meet ever-changing business needs.
- Have a data-focused approach, always putting key metrics and insights at the forefront of any conversation with the ability to use these to advocate, and shape decision-making.
- Experience managing teams of at least 6 individuals.
