A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Responsible for enterprise-wide learning solutions including the creation, execution, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement of employee training.
- Ensures the internal Learning & Development team meets deliverables, develops timely curriculum designed with adult learning principles in mind, corporate-wide compliance of regulatory training, and the delivery methods to promote optimal learning for employees.
- Manages a team of learning and development partners to ensure the corporate training strategy, training needs, gaps and priorities are aligned to the organization’s strategies.
- Leads the development, evaluation & metrics, pilot, delivery of new training programs, as well as maintenance of existing programs, to promote and support employee and team development needed to grow the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related area required.
- A minimum of 8 or more years of progressive business-related experience required managing multiple functions impacting the design of talent wide management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
- Construction or Renewable experience.
- Experience or Certification in DiSC, Hogan, MBTI, StrengthsFinder or similar assessments.
- Experience with e-learning content and software.
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).
