JOB DESCRIPTION
To support the growth of both our divisions, NY Enrichment Group and National Enrichment, NY Enrichment Group is seeking a full-time Manager of Enrichment & Recruitment. Our human capital is our most vital resource. The successful candidate will recruit, develop, support, and retain a diverse and talented workforce.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increase instructor database by actively recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and training.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts and programming by actively seeking to attract and engage individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that our workforce and programs reflect the communities we serve.
- Delegates appropriate tasks to the Administrative Support Assistant.
- Conduct reference checks and execute the employment process.
- Send, collect & track all onboarding/clearance documents and name tags.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel files.
- Send job blasts about current opportunities to current and active instructors.
- Assist with scheduling/clock-in/out of employees through software (When I Work).
- Monitor program success by ensuring lesson plans are completed and submitted on time.
- Oversee program development to ensure that the delivered curriculum is age-appropriate, engaging, and complies with required safety standards.
- Work with instructors to develop new programming ideas, ensuring the successful introduction and evaluation of innovative activities and programming.
- Assist with responding to any on-site emergencies with instructors and programs.
- Perform site visits 1x bi-weekly (in person) for youth and senior programs to monitor program success and provide feedback.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Collaborate and work as a cohesive unit within the executive team structure.
- Performs additional duties related to the position as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Administrative and educational background preferred
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Strong collaborative working style, with the aptitude to interact positively and in an assured manner with colleagues and instructors
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently
- Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities; Considerable initiative, judgment, and leadership skills are also required
- Proficient use of Google Suite and technology
HOURS, LOCATION & SCHEDULE
- Location: 90% Remote
- Residence in New York City or the tri-state area is required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
