Senior HRIS Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior HRIS Administrator to oversee the administration and management of our HRIS system. The main objective of this role is to ensure the HRIS is running efficiently and effectively to support our HR operations and business objectives. Experience with Oracle HCM or similar cloud HRIS platforms highly desired!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the HRIS system, including data entry, security, and system integrity.
- Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and other third-party providers, ensuring they deliver quality services and support.
- Lead HRIS projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.
- Provide end-user support and training on the HRIS system.
- Create and maintain HRIS reports to support business needs and HR operations.
- Manage HR data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration or related field.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, HCM, and/or Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes, including data management and reporting.
- Experience with project management, vendor management, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
