We are searching for a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support our project-based training initiatives at a cutting-edge AI technology company. Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement engaging training programs that meet the needs of various departments.
- Coordination and Scheduling: Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring seamless logistics and participant attendance.
- Content Creation: Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online resources to support effective learning experiences.

- Training Evaluation: Collect feedback from trainees, assess training effectiveness, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field. Certification in Training and Development is a plus.
