As a Sr. Payroll & Benefits Analyst at KMD Brands North America, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, the administration of employee benefits and compensation practices and the accuracy of the HRIS system. Your responsibilities will include overseeing payroll operations, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and partnering with the HR Leadership team and regional brand ensure the AMS region has a competitive compensation offering for the region. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of payroll, HRIS, compensation and benefits processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Calculate and process payroll adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related transactions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Communicate with employees regarding benefit plans, enrollment, and changes.
- Work closely with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration.
- Stay up to date with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, reporting requirements, and other relevant legislation.
- Generate and distribute accurate and timely payroll and benefits reports as needed.
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll and benefits systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefit plans, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and benefits processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to compensation and benefits.
- Partner with Head of People and Global Head of Total Rewards on compensation philosophy for the AMS region.
