Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding sessions with clients using Go High Level to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Utilize Freskdesk to manage and respond to customer support tickets efficiently.
Engage in regular communication with clients via Zoom meetings, demonstrating effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Go High Level.
Proficient in using Freskdesk for customer support.
Excellent verbal communication skills; comfortable conducting Zoom meetings with clients.
Strong written communication skills with good email etiquette.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
