Our client, a financial firm based in San Francisco is looking for a Senior Vice President, Diversity Equity and Inclusion Associate to join their HR team. This role will work closely with leadership and requires the ability to work across the HR function and maintain and grow the organization's well established DEI program.
This is a hybrid role.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of DEI experience with 8+ total years of HR experience within finance
- Bachelors degree with proven academic achievement
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Exceptional communication
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Willingness to jump into special projects
