Job Title: HRIS Manager
Compensation: $155,000 - $165,000 Annual Salary

About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient HRIS Manager to join our team. The HRIS Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, management, and optimization of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role will play a key part in ensuring the HRIS supports our HR and business processes, including talent management, analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS implementation, configuration, maintenance, and an understanding of how to leverage technology to enhance HR operations.
Responsibilities: HRIS Administration and Management:
- Oversees and maintains the optimal function of the organization's internal HR information services systems, which may include network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems and modules.
- Manage system configuration, updates, and maintenance to align with organizational needs and HR strategies.
- Oversees and maintains tables, codes, backup files, integrity and security.
- Oversee the daily operation of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and user support.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Manages permission, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
- Establishes procedures for updating, validating and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
HRIS Implementation and Optimization:
- Lead the implementation of new HRIS modules and system upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Collaborates with executive leadership and other key stakeholders to identify needed improvements and enhancements to current systems; recommends and implements solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize the use of the HRIS, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in HR processes to meet changing business dynamics and technology.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for continuous HRIS improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Oversees the procurement of appropriate hardware and software to ensure that the organization has high-quality, efficient systems.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely entry, processing, and maintenance of employee data within the HRIS.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive HR reports, analytics, and dashboards that provide insights into key HR metrics, trends, and forecasting.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to HR leadership and other business units.
Talent Analytics and Workforce Planning:
- Leverage HRIS data to support talent analytics, workforce planning, and other strategic HR initiatives.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to ensure the HRIS supports the talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving employee retention, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and training to HRIS users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize the system.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and FAQs to enhance user adoption and system efficiency.
- Serve as the point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
Vendor Management:
- Serves as the liaison between HR, IT, external vendors and other stakeholders for HR system design and implementation projects, ensuring service levels are met and contracts are optimized.
- Coordinate with vendors for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the HRIS and related services, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Personal Development
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology and HRIS applications (including applicant tracking systems and learning management systems)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6-8 years of experience in HRIS experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to identify and partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally and influence outcomes that are in the best interest of the business
- Excels in managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders on time, in scope and in budget
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
- Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a a highly technical understanding of UKG Pro and other HR systems (e.g., ATS, LMS, etc.)
- Previous experience directly implementing a new system that includes a change management strategy and managing integrations/APIs
- Ability to work proficiently in a Google Workspace environment
