In this role, you'll get to:
Employee and partner approach management
- Analyzing, validating, and responding to various employee or manager requests related to the human resources department primary for US, partially for Canadian employees (phone, email).
- Providing personalized support to our employees, retirees, and other partners in administrative procedures related to life events.
- Conduct new hire orientation and company onboarding
- Perform work in compliance with regulations and policy
- Communicating with various stakeholders in the organization.
- Simplifying explanations about the company's payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Managing dissatisfaction, actively seeking solutions while respecting and referring to work policies.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism - can interface with all levels of the organization as a primary point of contact for team
Participating in improvement and innovation
- Supporting different teams and HR policies.
- Being willing to question oneself to influence the quality of one's work and contribution to the team.
- Identifying the necessary updates to documentation based on process changes.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recurring processes through suggestions and ideas for innovation.
- Showing curiosity to use artificial intelligence to bring operational efficiency gains.
Maintenance of reference tools
- Updating our tools based on recurring changes (email templates, knowledge base).
We're looking for someone with:
- 2-3 years of HR experience with a focus on customer service.
- French bilingualism required as you'll support employees in both the US and Canada.
- A knack for using various technical tools and systems.
- An associate's degree from an accredited university or college.
- SHRM accreditation and familiarity with Workday software are bonuses.
