We are looking for a knowledgeable Benefits Specialist to join our client’s team in Northern NJ. The Benefits Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding their benefits options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, claims, and inquiries, providing clear and timely information.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits.
- Collaborate with benefits providers and vendors to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct benefits audits and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of programs.
- Support open enrollment processes and employee communications related to benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of benefits plans and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
