**Job Title:** Contract Benefits and Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Benefits and Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a significant advantage for candidates who have expertise in German compensation and benefits systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage compensation structures, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Design and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Analyze compensation data and provide insights to support salary reviews, promotions, and other compensation-related decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in applicable regions, with a focus on Germany.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation and benefits strategies.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
- Support the HR team with other related duties as required.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Benefits and Compensation Specialist, preferably in a software or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, including experience with German compensation systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
**Preferred:**
- Experience with international compensation and benefits strategies.
- HR certification or relevant educational background.
