Summary:
The Analyst I, HR Operations supports the department’s workflows and processes by analyzing and assisting with process improvements. The role includes supporting the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures as well as job aids. Providing training to team members on new or updated processes, troubleshooting escalated worker inquiries, and completing daily activities as needed are also important aspects of the position. Additionally, this role involves updating worker data in Workday to ensure information is maintained and accurate by analyzing multiple reports from multiple systems. The position requires participation on Human Resources and/or company-wide project teams.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with the analyses, development, and enhancement of workflows and processes to improve the efficiency of the department.
Supports creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and accompanying job aids. In addition, provides training to team members on new/updated processes.
Assists HR Boarding and Service Center team members in troubleshooting escalated worker inquiries and with completing daily activities, as needed.
Updates worker data in Workday to ensure information is maintained and accurate by analyzing multiple reports from multiple systems.
Participates on Human Resources and/or company-wide project team.
Manages and prioritizes multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Associates Degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience required, Bachelor's preferred.
In lieu of an Associate's Degree, must have H.S. diploma a minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, (internships, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and other HR functions)
