Training Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Training Manager to join an innovative e-commerce startup on a contract basis. This role presents a rewarding opportunity to design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs. Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to continuously improve outcomes.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the LMS. Ensure content is up to date and accessible to all employees.
- Onboarding: Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires. Ensure a smooth transition into their roles and the company culture.
- Professional Development: Identify opportunities for ongoing professional development. Coordinate workshops, seminars, and certifications to support career growth.
- Performance Support: Provide ongoing support to employees to reinforce learning and address performance gaps. Offer coaching and resources as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in training and development roles. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Certification in Training and Development is a plus.
- Skills:
- Training Design: Ability to create engaging and effective training materials. Experience with e-learning tools is a bonus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
