Human Resources Department
The Human Resources (HR) team is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through retirement, collaborating closely with various departments such as New Site Development, Construction, Operations, Sales, Finance, Tech & Systems, and Legal to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment. Our HR team is distinguished by its proactive and strategic approach. Unlike in many organizations where HR functions are limited to administrative oversight, our HR professionals are empowered with the authority and responsibility to drive critical processes directly. This includes talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational planning. By leveraging in-house expertise, our HR team can align long-term organizational sustainability with innovative HR practices and cost-effective strategies. This alignment ensures that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped to contribute to the company's success. Each member of our HR team plays a pivotal role in making high-impact decisions, resulting in a more dynamic and productive work environment.
This role can be based in Ashburn, VA; in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible)

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our regional Learning and Development team as a Trainer for our North American operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering transformative in-house workshops, both in person and virtually, that equip our employees with the essential skills and mindsets to excel in their roles and drive organizational success.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning and Development, you will be a catalyst for positive change, using your exceptional facilitation and coaching abilities to create engaging, interactive learning experiences. From honing effective communication techniques to cultivating an outward mindset and strengthening team dynamics, your workshops will unlock the full potential of our employees and foster a culture of continuous growth and development. Workshop Design & Delivery:

Design and deliver high-impact, interactive training workshops on a variety of topics, including effective communication, interpersonal skills, outward mindset, and team development.
Collaborative Strategy Implementation:

Work with subject matter experts, business leaders, and the broader L&D team to ensure training content is relevant, impactful, and aligned with organizational goals.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the learning and development field, and incorporate innovative approaches into the training curriculum.
Contribution to L&D Strategy:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Training and Development, or a related field.

Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences, foster interactive discussions, and create a positive, supportive learning environment.

Proficiency in utilizing a variety of learning technologies, such as virtual classroom platforms, e-learning authoring tools, and learning management systems.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
