We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in talent acquisition and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with sourcing for corporate roles. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Bookings, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Processing:
- Review and pre-screen a high volume of applications daily.
- Identify qualified candidates and advance them through the initial stages of the hiring process.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule in-person interviews with site leaders using Microsoft Bookings.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Sourcing Support:
- Assist in sourcing candidates for corporate roles as needed.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent.
- Hiring Responsibilities:
- Manage the hiring process from application/sourcing through the first interview for assigned sites.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of Interviews Scheduled per Week: Ensure a steady flow of candidates by scheduling a targeted number of interviews weekly.
- Offer Rate (Offers/Interview): Track the ratio of offers made per interview to gauge the effectiveness of the pre-screening process.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated experience meeting simultaneous deadlines successfully
- Proficiency in Microsoft Bookings and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
