What you will do:
Leverage strong understanding of U.S. benefits and wellness program offerings to support U.S. benefit & wellness program engagement through communication (technical writing), collaboration (U.S. Wellness Champion Network), design, implementation, and program/vendor management.This position bridges critical SME administrative responsibilities (Technical Writing) and wellness program management acting as the U.S. Wellness Lead (project and vendor management, local site support, consulting and program design responsibilities)
- Ensure compliance with government requirements regarding the communication of plan materials, across all our U.S. and Puerto Rico benefits plans. Coordinates with the critical internal stakeholders, including the US Benefits Leader, Legal, HR Solutions and Labor Relations.
- Serve as the U.S. Wellness Lead to manage and support policies and programs to promote the physical, mental, and financial health and well-being for employees at Trane Technologies to help them thrive at work and at home.
- Partner with the Global Wellness Leader to develop, implement, and administer U.S. wellness program offerings and oversee the promotion and communication of offerings to teammates under our three wellness pillars and in alignment with the Global Wellness strategy.
- Manage core U.S. Wellness program offerings, including vendor relationships and administrative requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee and lead the U.S. Wellness Champions network.
- Provide guidance and expertise to understand business and employee needs, identify and evaluate solution alternatives and collaborate with stakeholders to formalize recommendations and effectively implement solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
What you will bring:
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3-5 years of benefits related experience.
- Education Standard: Bachelor’s Degree
- A thorough understanding of benefit plans and the ability to decipher plan documents and communicate the effectively across all levels.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Legal, Corporate Benefits, Corporate Communications, Labor Relations, HR Services).
- A keen focus on deadlines and key deliverable dates; adherence to all timelines required to comply with government regulations.
- Experience with project management (timelines, budget, vendor management)
- Experience with program implementation, communication & engagement tactics
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship and written, oral & presentation communication skills.
Key Competencies:
- Integrative Solutions Design: Assess wellness-related opportunities and program offering gaps to identify and effectively deliver meaningful support for employees in alignment with the EVP and the benefits and wellness strategy. Work with Business, HR and Benefits Leaders, Wellness Champions, and core stakeholder alignment to develop and deliver solutions.
- Trusted Advisor: Partner and manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and opportunities, guide and influence decision makers through analytics, insight and thought leadership, and promote collaboration to solve the critical problems.
- Program Mgmt. & Administration: Implement and manage core wellness program offerings and internal stakeholder and external vendor relationships. Oversee and monitor policies and disclosure requirements according to legal requirements and educate stakeholders and workforce to understand and navigate plans and program details.
- Data Analytics: Gather and analyze competitive market data and assess market landscape (practices and vendor/providers) to evaluate opportunities to address business needs with appropriate program offerings and vendor partners
