Richmond Behavioral Health is seeking professional and energetic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR Team! This position will perform intermediate administrative work integrating processes to create a talent supply chain, researching candidates, responding to internal customer relations, recruiting and retaining staff, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Program Manager.
Essential Functions
Supports full-cycle recruiting to promote RBH strategy.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Reviews the applicants for each position and works closely with Directors to assist with selection of strong candidates to be considered for the open positions.
Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
Extends offers to applicants and schedules all on-boarding items that need to be handled prior to hire date.
Participates and assist in on-boarding/orientation process/off boarding; screens new hires to determine employment eligibility; assembles new hire personnel file; informs new hires of orientation schedule, office assignment and parking assignment; provides new hires with documentation for review and signature; sends related survey links to build trackable data.
Participates in the new hire orientation program and supervisory training programs as needed.
Maintain/update HR records and employee files in accordance with compliance laws, and policies provide organizational change information for charts and presentations.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Support staff with HR-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, vacation, misconduct, and any problem resolution.
Supports department in the preparation of reports as needed.
Promotes diversity within the Authority through seminars, training and other varied diversity initiatives.
Assists with the revision and development of internal and external brand and marketing collateral.
Attends job fairs and builds relationships with various universities to ensure the applicant pool includes a qualified, talented and diverse group of candidates.
Assists with various employee recognition programs including the annual employee recognition breakfast, benefits fair and other employee functions; ensures a smooth and organized event.
Coordinates the internship program and works closely with Directors to ensure it is a beneficial program for the Authority and the interns.
