Now Hiring: The HR & Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in driving our talent strategy and HR initiatives. This position will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while managing and optimizing HR processes to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for people and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- HR Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
- Support employee development and engagement initiatives, including training programs and career development plans.
- Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Employer Branding:
- Enhance Byteridge’s employer brand by promoting a positive company culture and values.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- HR Analytics:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
