We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee concerns.
- Address employee grievances and conduct investigations as necessary.
- Implement and manage employee recognition and engagement programs.
Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Organize and facilitate professional development workshops and seminars.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation trends to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and address any related inquiries.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
- Use data to make informed decisions and drive HR strategies.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Develop and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and procedures are completed for new hires and departing employees.
Organizational Development:
- Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance on change management strategies.
- Work with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
