Our client is a financial services firm in Manhattan.
MUST HAVE:
- At least 3 years of backed Workday experience
- Experience with testing, configurations, and running reports in various Workday modules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
The responsibilities include:
- Provide daily operational support to end-users in Workday
- Manage day-to-day maintenance of HRIS systems, Workday
- Responsible for supporting, understanding, and maintaining Workday system and functionality
- Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements
- Create ad-hoc reports and queries for end-users
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an HRIS role.
- At least 3+ year of back end Workday experience, including testing, configurations, and running reports.
- Ability to quickly learn and embrace new toolsets.
- Ability to advise and question, as well as analyze and execute.
- Effective problem-solving skills, a high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and strong attention to detail.
The annual base salary range is $100,000-$120,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
