Job Description:
The HR Technology team at HCSC provides consultation on Workday business processes and best practices to CoEs, HR Business Partners, and Service Center teams with a focus on the employee and manager experiences. We play an essential role in leveraging best in class technologies to drive HR’s strategic initiatives. This Lead role will be responsible for the functional product areas of Talent and Performance, driving implementation solutions, and building strong relationships across the organization to prioritize and implement solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree +7 years’ experience in HR, IT or Cloud Based Solutions OR Associate’s degree +9 years’ experience in HR, IT, or Cloud Based Solutions OR 11 years’ experience in HR, IT, or Cloud Based Solutions
Project Management experience on highly complex projects
Strong prioritization, coordination, and delegation skills
Customer Consulting
Negotiation skills
Lead customer teams independently
Minimal oversight from management
Experience in design, implementation, and support of Talent and Performance functionality; Performance Management, Career & Development, Skills Cloud, Assess Potential, Talent Calibration, Talent Pools, and Succession Planning
Must understand the touchpoints between Talent and HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Experience with Workday and HRMS systems
Integrated Systems Solution Architect (spans across enterprise-wide systems)
Vendor Relationship
SCRUM/Agile methodology experience
Workday Certification or equivalent experience in 3+ more Workday modules
