What We Are Seeking
If you are you passionate about fostering growth and unleashing the potential of people within an organization, then we want to speak with you! We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits System Trainer to support the creation and delivery of a company-wide system training program. The training will vary from one-on-one sessions to classroom settings and will be both on-site and virtual. In this position you will play a pivotal part in supporting the talent development strategies and success of our people to address both our business needs and impact of the overall company employment experience.
Professional Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive system trainings to end-users both in-person and virtually
- Develop engaging and effective learning solutions for our end users
- Responsible for creation and execution of learning and development initiatives
- Implement and facilitate engaging learning programs and tools/resources to consistently drive development and productivity
- Ensure alignment of learning and performance initiatives with organizational goals and values
- Conduct both one-on-one training sessions and classroom-based training
- Develop and maintain related training materials and documentation
- Assess training needs of end users and customize the appropriate training programs
- Provide post-training support to ensure effective application of skills learned
Requirements And Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree in a business related field
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in the Employee benefits space
- Working experience with BenefitPoint, or other Employee Benefits agency management systems and additional employee benefits operational tools (i.e. Plansight and Employee Navigator)
- Familiar with LMS management including administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, delivery of learning content with tools such as LMS365 and Sharepoint
- A proven track record of supporting and analyzing performance management
- Experience building end-to-end learning paths for both in-person and virtual learners
- Ability to manage multiple training sessions, deliver classroom training, and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to adapt training methods to end users with different learning styles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Travel to various locations as required (50-75% travel)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
