Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to develop, manage, and evaluate our compensation and benefits programs. The analyst will collaborate with compensation leadership, key stakeholders, and People Partners to implement strategies that enhance our total rewards offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee annual rewards projects, including pay cycles, budget planning, and executive compensation reviews.
- Create and administer incentive plans and equity programs with Finance.
- Complete job analyses, market evaluations, maintain salary surveys, and coordinate vendor participation.
- Lead annual benefits reviews and renewals with brokers or vendors.
- Assess retirement plan changes, assist in 401(k) audits, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare market data and cost analysis reports for senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Communicate total rewards information internally and provide training on compensation and HR policies.
- Establish program guidelines, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with regulations, including FLSA.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage company-wide compensation and benefits projects.
- Support HRIS, payroll, and employee lifecycle tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, math, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear presentations and communications.
- Knowledge of compensation and employment laws and regulations, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases; Oracle experience is a plus.
