Our client is seeking a HRIS analyst (WorkDay) to fill a full time permanent position working remotely.
The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-2 years Workday specific experience as a minimum.
The Role
• To ensure the effective maintenance of organisational and people data for employees and contingent workers.
• To support the implementation of Workday and going forwards manage the continuous improvement of Workday as well as analysing, configuring and implementing solutions to address the needs of the business.
• The role will focus on data management, cleansing, data analysis and insights.
• The firm's aim is to develop an effective digital HR environment with high quality data to support the firm's business strategies with better and faster workforce decisions informed by data.
