As we continue to expand, we're seeking a passionate Payroll & Benefits Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our employees are compensated accurately and timely while adhering to government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of payroll management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Implement and maintain payroll processing systems, including handling salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
- Coordinate payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and best practices.
- Facilitate audits and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HR, Tax, and Accounting departments to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop summaries for leadership to track performance and compliance.
- Manage employee benefits and insurance plans.

Education And Experience

- 7+ years of related experience, with at least 3 years in management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with job costing and payroll software preferred.
- Experience with employee benefits administration.
