Responsibilities
- Lead investigations and/or act as integral part of formal investigations
- Review, organize, and analyze data, providing recommendations and solutions to management based on business knowledge
- Work directly with management on RIFs and terminations
- Partner directly with management to resolve disciplinary actions, including written warnings and performance improvement plans
- Collaborate in the development of organizational talent by actively participating in annual talent assessments, talent reviews, promotions, workforce planning, and salary planning relative to client group
Qualifications
- 7+ years of employee relations experience
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office - specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
